PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Act as the chief technical liaison, cultivating robust connections with key stakeholders at paper production facilities.
Deliver insightful strategic guidance, implement industry best practices, and offer forward-thinking insights for enhanced product utilization.
Tackle intricate product challenges, ensuring swift issue resolution to minimize customer disruptions.
Possess comprehensive expertise in specialty chemical products and an acute understanding of the unique technical frameworks of clientele.
Guide clients through the adoption of new features and optimal product usage for heightened efficiency.
Collaborate intimately with the District Sales Manager to create targeted account strategies and effectively manage opportunities within the CRM.
Steer technical discussions and contribute significantly during business evaluations, clearly showcasing the value delivered by client-centric solutions.
Foster teamwork with both clients and internal business units including Sales, Service, R&D, and Portfolio Management to honor organizational commitments to customers.
Relay invaluable client insights back to Portfolio Management and R&D for continuous product improvement.
Maintain a consistent on-site presence to ensure outstanding service coverage, customer satisfaction, and drive organizational growth and profit.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least a decade of experience in Paper and Pulp specialty chemicals, technical support, and managing accounts is essential.
- Superb abilities in customer service to establish and nurture long-standing client relationships.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, able to leverage product expertise to address customer challenges.
- Thoroughly document each client interaction and findings utilizing CRM tools.
- Self-motivated and driven to identify and seize new business opportunities.
- Meticulous attention to detail and proficient critical thinking abilities.
- Capable of conducting thorough technical and mechanical on-site evaluations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills coupled with effective presentation capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and other analytical tools.
- Comfortable working autonomously with minimal oversight.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%, including overnight stays.
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:
Preferably holding a Bachelor's degree in fields such as Chemical Engineering, Paper Science Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
