Design and implement scalable and effective technical solutions to meet business needs. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable solutions. Develop architectural frameworks and best practices for the technology team. Ensure systems are aligned with company goals and industry standards. Support the integration of new technologies and tools into existing systems. Provide guidance to development teams on technical direction and implementation. Conduct regular reviews to ensure system performance and reliability. Document architectural designs and maintain up-to-date technical documentation.

A successful candidate should have: Experience working in client-facing technical roles such as Technical Implementation Manager, Technical Account Manager, Solutions Consultant, Integrations Engineer, Systems Analyst, or similar positions supporting complex software deployments. Proven background in B2B SaaS environments, ideally within payments, fraud prevention, risk management, identity verification, AML, or compliance technology. Strong ability to partner with both technical and business stakeholders, effectively translating complex requirements into practical solutions for customers and internal teams. Demonstrated success managing multiple implementations or projects concurrently while driving timelines, stakeholder alignment, and successful delivery. Hands-on experience using SQL to analyze and validate data, investigate issues, and support implementation or integration efforts. Solid understanding of APIs, data integrations, and JSON, including the ability to troubleshoot data flows and work with technical documentation. Familiarity with API tools and modern development environments, such as Postman, OpenAPI/Swagger, Python, Bash, Ruby, Golang, or related technologies. Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating in fast-paced environments where customer experience and successful delivery are critical.
