Technical Account Manager (TAM) Google Cloud

Description:
This role is for a Google Cloud Transformation Lead who will manage Google Cloud implementations and transformation programs. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in customer-facing roles, modern software development practices, microservices architectures, distributed systems, and APIs. A Google Cloud professional-level certification is required, along with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
Responsibilities:
Manage Google Cloud implementations or transformation programs. Provide support for one or more of the following: Launch or capacity planning, Product release management, Technical support, Escalation management, Consulting.
Qualifications:
Must be a United States citizen. Minimum of 8 years of customer-facing experience managing Google Cloud implementations or transformation programs. Experience should include support for one or more of the following: Launch or capacity planning, Product release management, Technical support, Escalation management, Consulting. Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience working with: Modern software development practices, Microservices-based architectures, Distributed systems, APIs across a broad set of use cases. Must hold at least one Google Cloud professional-level certification while in the role. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
