Job Description: Technical Account Manager (TAM) – Google Cloud

Location Remote  (20 % Travel Client will take care of Expenses)

Qualifications
•    Must be a United States citizen.
•    Minimum of 8 years of customer-facing experience managing Google Cloud implementations or transformation programs.
•    Experience should include support for one or more of the following:
o    Launch or capacity planning
o    Product release management
o    Technical support
o    Escalation management
o    Consulting
•    Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience working with:
o    Modern software development practices
o    Microservices-based architectures
o    Distributed systems
o    APIs across a broad set of use cases
•    Must hold at least one Google Cloud professional-level certification while in the role.
•    Ability to travel up to 30% of the time, as needed.
•    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
