We are seeking a Technical Account Representative to support industrial and manufacturing customers throughout Minnesota. This position combines technical problem solving, customer relationship management, plant-level support, and account development.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with industrial and manufacturing customers
Work directly with plant personnel, operators, maintenance teams, and production leadership
Evaluate customer processes, operating conditions, and technical needs
Collect and analyze operating and performance data
Troubleshoot equipment, process, and operational issues
Develop and recommend improvements
Serve as a technical resource for customers
Support existing accounts while identifying opportunities for account growth
Communicate technical findings and recommendations clearly to customers
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in manufacturing, industrial operations, water treatment, chemicals, maintenance, technical service, or a related environment
Strong mechanical aptitude
Strong troubleshooting ability
Comfortable working directly with plant personnel and customers
Ability to analyze data and develop recommendations
Bachelor's degree or relevant field experience
Engineering, sales, or manufacturing experience preferred
