Clean Harbors is looking for a Technical Accounting Manager to join its Technical Accounting and External Reporting team. This position will be a key contributor to the Company's technical accounting and external financial reporting processes. The role will be responsible for managing accounting for certain specialized areas, including lease accounting, stock-based compensation, business combinations and goodwill; supporting the implementation of new accounting standards; contributing to the Company's external reporting processes, including SEC filings; and supporting financial planning and analysis for key corporate departments. The position will also research and evaluate accounting matters as they arise, developing and documenting appropriate accounting conclusions. The role provides an opportunity to work across a broad range of technical accounting, external reporting and financial planning and analysis matters while partnering with business leaders, external advisors and members of the Company's accounting and finance organization.
