Job Requisition ID #26WD98887Position OverviewAutodesk Customer Success is looking for highly motivated technical advisors to help our customers maximize their product investment and realize measurable business outcomes.We are looking for a professional with Construction Engineering experience, supporting a broad range of technologies in large-scale environments. You will work closely with medium and large strategic customers worldwide to enhance their adoption of Autodesk solutions. You will join the Technical Adoption team within the Customer Success Management group. You will join a culture that values professional development, supports growth and rewards high performance.ResponsibilitiesDeliver product and workflow coaching sessions that help strategic customers adopt Autodesk solutions and activate key workflowsConduct coaching discovery calls to understand customer workflows, adoption barriers, learning needs, and desired outcomesAct as a technical trusted advisor to customers, demonstrating thought leadership and product expertise to help customers adopt and achieve business outcomes using Autodesk technologyDevelop, update, and maintain enablement content, learning resources, and digital assets that support coaching delivery and address specific customer workflow challenges, in line with Autodesk quality standardsLead live coaching and scalable group enablement sessions (1:many) for end users, including workflow-specific guidance and best-practice sharingMinimum QualificationsAdvanced knowledge of Construction industry needs and workflowsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Architectural, Construction or related engineeringExpert knowledge of Autodesk Takeoff, Estimate, Building Connected, Forma Data Management, Bid Board, TradeTapp, ProEst in a production environmentAdditional knowledge of Autodesk Platform Solutions, APIs, Forma Platform, Other Autodesk software beneficial5-6 years Construction or related field experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to convey complex technical details coherently to a live or virtual audienceProven ability to be agile and learn quickly in a fast-paced environmentExperience in training others or creating learning collateralFluency in EnglishPreferred QualificationsStrong communicator and able to build relationships at all levels, taking initiativeTechnical consulting experience and/or technical project delivery experience with large, demanding customersAdditional knowledge of other Autodesk Construction, Architecture solutions is beneficialTeam player who enjoys supporting and interacting with other members of a shared responsibility teamFluency in Spanish beneficialSalary transparencySalary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $76,000 and $136,730. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
