We are seeking a Technical AI Consultant who excels at combining hands-on engineering, customer engagement, and rapid AI solution delivery. Responsibilities
Build, deploy, maintain AI solutions on the AI/Run CodeMie platform using Python, React, Langchain/Langgraph, MCP
Focus on achieving measurable business outcomes and customer success goals, not just delivering outputs; identify and resolve issues before they escalate, ensuring clients derive value from the AI/Run platform and expand AI adoption in their SDLC and operations
Embed with customer teams (onsite or remote), understand their domain processes, and iterate on solutions that deliver measurable business value
Drive AI engagement with the AI/Run Platform for clients by solving platform issues and shipping necessary functionality through personal effort or collaboration with the platform core team; take ownership and deliver results
Contribute code and feedback directly to core product teams; identify gaps, propose and ship features and improvements used across the platform
Own and execute end-to-end technical projects - from discovery and prototyping to validation, deployment, and ongoing support
Ensure engagement and success of opportunities by addressing issues from teams or clients, focusing on defined goals in AI-enabled SDLC; measure success by achieving these goals, clients realizing value from the platform, continued adoption, and requests for further AI integration opportunities
Act as trusted technical advisors for customers, remove blockers, and guide best practices around integration and AI adoption
Collaborate with sales and go-to-market teams to scope, close, and ramp new customer deals by leveraging technical expertise and driving actionable results
Requirements
Proven experience with Python and modern React, with the ability to identify and resolve platform issues independently
Strong engineering skills with an AI-first approach to problem-solving and solution design
Comfortable with LLM-based solutions, prompt engineering, and frameworks such as Langchain/Langgraph
Demonstrated ability to map customer needs, define and validate solutions with real user feedback, and iterate quickly in ambiguous environments
Track record of focusing on business outcomes rather than just technical outputs; ability to measure success by customer value delivered and platform adoption growth
Self-starter who identifies and resolves issues before being asked; actively seeks opportunities to improve customer experience and platform value
Able to clearly distill technical solutions for diverse audiences; comfortable facilitating workshops and demos, both remotely and in-person
Proactive self-starter who can independently manage delivery cycles, prioritize the highest-impact work, and drive value to closure
Strong teamwork; able to embed with both customer and internal product teams, contributing code, product ideas, and field insights
Experience with MCP development, integration, and security best practices highly recommended
