Technical AI Enablement Manager

District Partners is leading the search for a nationally recognized, mission-driven organization operating in a highly relationship-centric and influence-oriented environment. As AI becomes a strategic priority, the organization is looking for a technically minded problem solver who can help business teams leverage AI in practical, measurable ways.

This role is best suited for someone who actively explores emerging AI technologies and enjoys staying at the forefront of how enterprise AI is evolving.

Why You'll Actually Care

This isn't an AI strategy or program management role.

You'll partner directly with business users to understand how they work, identify pain points, and implement AI solutions that improve productivity, automate workflows, and simplify access to information. Success requires someone who enjoys solving business problems through technology, stays current with the rapidly evolving AI landscape, and can bridge business needs with modern AI capabilities.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with business users to identify opportunities where AI can improve workflows and solve operational challenges.
  • Design and implement AI-enabled solutions using modern enterprise AI technologies.
  • Optimize Salesforce by incorporating AI capabilities into existing business processes.
  • Evaluate emerging AI platforms and determine when to leverage AI agents, copilots, APIs, workflow automation, or other enterprise AI capabilities.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce administrators, developers, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, user-focused solutions.
  • Drive AI adoption by establishing practical best practices and helping teams integrate AI into their daily workflows.
  • Measure business impact and continuously refine AI-enabled solutions.

Technical Stack & AI Ecosystem

You'll work with technologies that may include:

  • Salesforce
  • Enterprise LLMs and AI platforms
  • AI Agents
  • Model Context Protocol (MCP)
  • Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
  • Prompt Engineering
  • Workflow Automation
  • APIs and Enterprise Integrations
  • Microsoft Copilot and similar AI platforms

You don't need experience with every technology listed above, but you should have a strong technical foundation, enjoy experimenting with new AI capabilities, and continuously expand your knowledge as the AI landscape evolves.

What You'll Have

  • Experience implementing enterprise AI, intelligent automation, workflow optimization, or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of modern AI concepts, including LLMs, AI agents, prompt engineering, MCP, RAG, APIs, and enterprise AI platforms.
  • Experience working directly with business users to understand challenges and design practical technical solutions.
  • Strong Salesforce experience as a power user or solution owner with experience optimizing workflows, automation, reporting, and business processes.
  • Demonstrated curiosity for emerging AI technologies with the ability to quickly learn, evaluate, and apply new concepts.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into practical business solutions.

A Few Things Worth Knowing

  • This is a highly visible role with executive sponsorship and organization-wide impact.
  • The focus is on implementing practical AI solutions across existing business operations, not building AI products or conducting research.
  • Success will be measured by adoption, workflow transformation, operational efficiency, and measurable business outcomes.

Location: Washington, DC
