Engineering Analyst

This is not a traditional entry-level role. You’ll work on real problems where things aren’t fully defined, using AI and your own judgment to move work forward.
• Work on ambiguous problems across product, operations, and delivery

• Demonstrated use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.) to solve problems or build something
• Evidence of self-initiated work such as projects, automations, or process improvements
• Ability to break down unfamiliar problems and take action
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
Nice to Have
• Built or experimented with AI-driven projects, workflows, or tools
• Experience with data, analytics, or basic technical concepts (SQL, Python, APIs, etc.)
• Background in engineering, operations, business, or analytical disciplines
• You start before you’re fully ready
• You like solving problems without clear answers
• You learn quickly and adapt as you go
