Engineering Analyst

• Work on ambiguous problems across product, operations, and delivery
• Research, test, and iterate on solutions quickly
• Use AI tools to accelerate thinking and execution
• Communicate your reasoning as you work

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or early-career professional (0-2 years experience)
• Demonstrated use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.) to solve problems or build something
• Evidence of self-initiated work such as projects, automations, or process improvements
• Ability to break down unfamiliar problems and take action
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Nice to Have

• Built or experimented with AI-driven projects, workflows, or tools
• Experience with data, analytics, or basic technical concepts (SQL, Python, APIs, etc.)
• Background in engineering, operations, business, or analytical disciplines
