  Role Summary:
Bridges Client business needs and the technical estate. A hands-on technical analyst (reframed from the traditional business-analyst role) who can read code and data, trace requirements into the system, and validate solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Elicit requirements and perform impact analysis; translate business logic into technical specifications
  • Trace requirements across Portico, the Jython wizards, interfaces/feeds and the Oracle data layer
  • Support in-flight enhancement review and disposition (V2Soft continues / Client completes / defer)
  • Own test scenarios and coordinate Client UAT; act as SME liaison
  • Maintain living functional documentation alongside RGEN-generated artifacts
  • Participate in the on-call rotation for escalations after-hours coverage and response for critical (P1 / P2) incidents
Required Qualifications:
  • Proven application-sustainment experience maintaining, supporting and enhancing established production systems day to day; this is a sustain (run-and-maintain) engagement, not greenfield development
  • 10+ years in business/technical analysis on enterprise applications
  • Direct, hands-on experience with application transitions knowledge acquisition, shadow / reverse-shadow and go-live from an incumbent
  • Able to read Java and SQL and follow data flows end to end (technical, not purely functional)
  • Requirements, process and data modeling; strong written specifications
  • Must be based at the V2Soft Michigan office; US work authorization
Preferred:
  • Provider systems / Portico or payer-domain background
  • Rules / wizard-driven applications
  • Exposure to Sanciti AI / RGEN or similar code-intelligence tooling
