We are seeking a detail‑oriented Land Data Analyst to support clients through the full lifecycle of land data migration and implementation. In this role, you will collaborate directly with clients to understand their land data, business processes, and system requirements. You will analyze complex land datasets, define clear conversion rules, and create source‑to‑target mapping documentation that guides accurate system migrations. This position also plays a key role in testing, quality assurance, and post‑implementation support to ensure data integrity and a smooth client experience. While this role has no direct supervisory responsibilities, it includes delivering training and offering guidance to team members during training sessions. Ideal candidates bring strong land management expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
Position Responsibilities
- Work directly with clients to understand their land data and business requirements.
- Analyze land datasets and design standard conversion rules for migrations.
- Build source-to-target mapping documents that show how data will move from legacy systems.
- Write clear, concise documentation to support data conversion specialists and stakeholders.
- Participate in testing and quality assurance to ensure accurate, reliable data conversions.
- Provide technical support to clients during and after implementations.
- Build your knowledge of land terminology, industry practices, and software best practices.
- Partner with leadership to recommend and implement process improvements.
Requirements
- Associate degree or bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
- Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time in fast environment.
- Land management expertise (5+ years preferred).
