Technical Analyst /Technical Writer

• The Analyst (Technical Writer) is responsible for producing, maintaining, and improving technical documentation that supports developers, users, and stakeholders. This role ensures clarity, consistency, and accuracy across customer-facing, internal, and architectural documentation, working closely with engineering leadership.
• *Core Responsibilities:**
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear content.
• Partner with engineers to document designs.
• Ensure documentation aligns with governance and compliance standards.
• Review and edit documentation produced by engineering teams.
• Maintain documentation repositories and versioning practices.
• Write User Stories.
• *Qualifications:**
• 3–6 years of experience in technical writing, systems analysis, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and cloud-native systems.
• Ability to read and understand code.
• Excellent written communication and editing skills.
• Experience with documentation tooling.
• Strong collaboration skills with engineering and architecture teams.
