Technical and Craft Labor - Shipping & Receiving Coordinator

How will you make an impact?
The Senior Manufacturing Planning Coordinator position will make an impact on the
organization by assuring batch records are completed according to all applicable standard
operating procedures and fully within Good Documentation Practices. This person will ensure all
ERP transactions are completed accurately and in a timely manner. This person will lead cross
functional projects and initiatives to ensure on time delivery to our valued customers.

Responsibilities
" Follow Buyer/Planner schedule to meet customer shipping commitments.
" Plan and execute dynamic shipping schedule of quantity and model mix of customer
orders.
" Perform final configuration of customer orders, including:
o Pulling software and coordinate timely to have customer computer loaded.
o Assembly of select line items on customer orders.
o Coordinate with other departments for orders that have requirements spanning
over multiple departments!
" Ability to use MRP (SAP) system to make inventory transfers and transactions.
" Identify orders that do not have correct configurations and escalate or make
recommendations to Buyer/Planner to make correct changes.
" Support and Backup other department order configuration processes
" Support the creations and updates of MFDs (manufacturing details) as necessary.
" Ability to occasionally perform assembly work on production lines.
" Other related miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 3 to 5 years in a comparable warehouse/shipping/receiving environment.
At least one year of manufacturing experience.
Ability to work with others. Team Player.
Lift up to 50lbs.
