Job Title: Solution Architect

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect with a strong background in Salesforce Administration to join our dynamic team in Ipswich. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Salesforce platforms and be able to design and implement effective solutions that meet business needs. This role requires a strategic thinker who can bridge the gap between technical and business requirements, ensuring that our Salesforce solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned with organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements and enhance user experience.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
Lead the development and deployment of Salesforce applications, ensuring best practices are followed.
Provide expert guidance on Salesforce Administration, including user management, security settings, and data management.
Conduct system testing and validation to ensure solutions are functioning as intended.
Stay updated on Salesforce releases and features, recommending enhancements to improve system performance.
Mentor and train team members on Salesforce best practices and administration.
Work closely with cross functional teams to integrate Salesforce with other systems and applications.
Document architectural designs, processes, and procedures for future reference.
Mandatory Skills:
Proven experience in Salesforce Administration, including configuration, customization, and user management.
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and security features.
Experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions in a variety of business contexts.
Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
Preferred Skills:
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Architect).
Experience with Salesforce development tools (e.g., Apex, Visualforce, Lightning).
Knowledge of integration tools and techniques (e.g., APIs, middleware).
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices.
Experience in other CRM platforms or enterprise applications.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
10 15 years of experience in IT, with a focus on solution architecture and Salesforce Administration.
Proven track record of successful Salesforce implementations and project delivery.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
