Position Summary

The Radiology Technical Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the radiology department by assisting with patient care, maintaining workflow efficiency, and ensuring a safe and reliable environment for imaging procedures. This position works closely with technologists, providers, and patients to facilitate high-quality, patient-centered care. The individual duties can vary depending on the radiology department's location. However, it would include some combination of the following duties and responsibilities.

Minimum Requirements

  • High School graduate or equivalent
  • Basic Life Support Required
  • A minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in patient care or a healthcare facility setting.
