A Technical Berry Sales Specialist is needed to build relationships with growers throughout northwest Washington and into Canada. The Technical Berry Specialist will be required to travel throughout the region walking berry fields and meeting with customers on a regular basis to make product recomendations.
Technical Berry Specialist Responsibilities:
- Frequent travel to meet with commercial growers, some overnight travel required
- Provide technical support on site evaluations and grower recommendations
- Execute sales to commercial customers and assist with product selection
- Accurate and timely use of company CRM software
Technical Berry Specialist Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Crop Science, related field OR equivalent experience
- 3-7 years related technical, sales, or customer service experience in Agriculture related to growing berries
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- MS Office proficiency plus SAP or Salesforce experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and have a valid driver's license for travel
Technical Berry Specialist Compensation/Benefits:
- Training on berry crop varieties
- Competitive base salary plus incentive and comprehensive benefits package

- Travel to Corporate office twice annually for meetings
