Responsibilities Include:<\/span><\/span>
<\/div>
  • Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and implement solutions<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Identify and establish scope and parameters of requirements analysis on a project -by -project basis to define project impact, outcome criteria, and metrics<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Effectively communicate insights and plans to cross -functional team members and management<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Gather critical information from meetings and produce useful reports<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Collaborate with cross -functional teams to determine project scope and vision<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Assist in conducting research on products to meet agreed upon requirements<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Participate in the QA to ensure features and functions have been enabled and optimized<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Develop and utilize standard templates to accurately write requirements specifications<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Translate conceptual requirements into functional documents in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/project team<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • ​<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Manage and track the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle; enforce and redefine as necessary<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>

    Desired Qualifications and Skills: <\/span><\/span>
    <\/div>
    • Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modeling, verification, and methodology development<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Demonstrated project management skills and project management software skills, including planning, organizing, and managing resources<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Ability to exercise independent judgment and act on it<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Associates degree or equivalent work experience<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/li><\/ul>
