• Experience as Technical Business Analyst.
• Ability to lead workshops and meetings.
• Produce status metrics and RAID updates.
• Strong communication skills. 

• Translate business needs into actionable requirements, lead consumer discovery and onboarding, maintain source-to-target mappings, and coordinate decisions across business, data, product, and technology teams.

• Lead workshops and meetings and convert business needs into clear requirements, process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and decision records.
• Identify consumers, document current consumption patterns, and coordinate onboarding and migration-readiness assessments.
• Develop and maintain source-to-target mappings; document data, behavior, control, and operational gaps.
• Maintain traceability across requirements, design decisions, delivery, testing, and business acceptance.
• Facilitate cross-functional reviews, dependency resolution, risk escalation, and working-level governance.
• Produce concise status metrics, RAID updates, and leadership-ready materials.
