Role Overview
A Technical Business Analyst (IAM) acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to design, implement, and optimize identity and access management solutions. This role combines business analysis, IAM domain expertise, and technical understanding to deliver secure and compliant access frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
o User onboarding/offboarding (Joiner-Mover-Leaver)
o Access requests and approvals
o Role-based access control (RBAC)
o SSO (Single Sign-On)
o MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication)
o Identity Federation (SAML, OAuth, OIDC)
o Role models and entitlement mapping
o Access policies and workflows
o Active Directory / LDAP
o HR systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors)
o Enterprise apps (Salesforce, ServiceNow)
o Access certification processes
o Segregation of Duties (SoD) rules
o SOX, GDPR, PCI-DSS, ISO 27001
