We build custom software for various County Clerk of Court offices across Kentucky - like when you register to vote, pay taxes, get a marriage license, etc. For over 70 years, we have led the way in document generation and storage.

Job Details

Act as a quality gate for data and requirements, resolving issues up front so developers can focus on delivery.
Own and structure the product backlog in Azure DevOps, ensuring user stories meet a high Definition of Ready.
Serve as the bridge between technical, business, and go-to-market teams through clear, audience-specific documentation.
Maintain Azure DevOps as the single source of truth across Epics, Features, Stories, and Tasks.
Perform gap analysis and data validation (including queries) to ensure builds align with business logic.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong SQL and Excel skills for data validation, audits, and discrepancy resolution.
Deep experience with Agile delivery and backlog management.
Highly detail-oriented with strong judgment to flag issues early.
Able to communicate seamlessly with developers and non-technical stakeholders.
Comfortable managing fast-moving projects with high documentation standards.
