Role: Technical Business Analyst
Duration: 6 months
Location: San Francisco, CA
Type - Contract
Job Description:
Technically experienced IT professional - minimum of 8+ years of experience with demonstrable technical background related to engineering and technical project delivery.
Proven ability to manage, influence and negotiate with stakeholders (Both internal and Vendors)
Broad experience of technical problem solving and consulting
Proven ability to analyze data to identify trends for the purposes of both cost reduction and service improvement.
Technical experience in Business Analysis.
Experience Required: 8+ years hands on experience in configuration, customization, and deployment.
Should be able to build packages used for deployment.
Hands on experience implementing interfaces with enterprise applications.
Roles & Responsibilities · Analyze manufacturing processes, production data, and operational workflows to identify improvement opportunities.
Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders across manufacturing, supply chain, and operations teams.
Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reports to monitor production efficiency, inventory, downtime, quality, and OEE.
Support digital transformation and automation initiatives within manufacturing operations.
Conduct root cause analysis for production and process-related issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve productivity.
Prepare business process documents, functional specifications, and user stories.
Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and implementation of manufacturing system enhancements.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data trends and operational metrics.
Ensure compliance with operational standards, quality procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with Product Teams to drive the product roadmap with new innovations.
