Summary: The Lead Technical Business Analyst will analyze complex, non-IT business problems related to credit card originations and credit risk strategy. This role partners closely with product, strategy, and risk teams to evaluate data-driven opportunities, define requirements, and recommend changes that improve portfolio performance and profitability. The ideal candidate brings deep quantitative and analytical expertise, strong programming skills, and hands-on experience within bank credit risk environments.
