Capital Markets, Asset Management, and Fixed Income initiatives.Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.- Collaborate with development,
QA, and architecture teams to ensure accurate solution delivery. Support system design discussions,
data mapping, and workflow analysis.- Perform gap analysis, impact assessments, and process improvements.Coordinate
UAT planning, test case creation, and defect triage.- Work with stakeholders across trading, portfolio management, risk, operations, and compliance teams.Ensure solutions align with regulatory requirements and industry standards.- Provide production support analysis and troubleshoot issues as needed.Required Skills & Experience- Strong understanding of Capital Markets and Asset Management products such as equities, fixed income, derivatives, FX, structured products, and investment vehicles.Experience with trade lifecycle, settlements, clearing, portfolio management workflows, and risk processes.Ability to write
BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flows.Hands‑on experience with
SQL, data analysis, and system integrations.Familiarity with trading platforms,
