Technical Business Systems Analyst - 175266

Responsibilities: of the Technical Business Systems Analyst: • Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and other business units to understand business challenges, requirements, and technology needs. • Analyze existing business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement, automation, and increased efficiency. • Support, enhance, and optimize NetSuite and other enterprise business applications. • Translate business requirements into scalable technical and systems solutions in partnership with engineering and technology teams. • Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout solution design, implementation, testing, and deployment. • Leverage technologies including AWS and Python to support integrations, automation, and business systems initiatives. Requirements of the Technical Business Systems Analyst: • 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably with a software engineering or software development background followed by experience in business systems, business applications, or a similar role. • Hands-on experience working with an ERP platform such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or a comparable enterprise system. • Strong ability to bridge business and technology teams and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Experience partnering with business functions such as Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and Operations. • Solution-oriented mindset with demonstrated experience improving business processes and workflows and driving business outcomes. • Experience with technologies such as AWS and Python; React experience is beneficial. • Experience adopting or implementing AI-enabled tools within business processes is a plus. Compensation: for the Technical Business Systems Analyst: • $120,000 - $150,000 base salary + Bonus + Stock • Full Comprehensive Benefits: Health, Vision, Dental, PTO, Paid Holiday and Sick Leave if Required by Law.
