Technical Business Systems Analyst 5 (95399-1)
Cullerton Group has a new opportunity for a Senior Technical Business Systems Analyst (S&OP/Data). The work will be done onsite full-time in Peoria, IL. This is a long-term position (18 months) that can lead to permanent employment with our client. Compensation is up to $76/hr + full benefits (vision, dental, health insurance, 401k, and holiday pay).
Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Technical Business Systems Analyst to support supply chain planning (S&OP) processes and enterprise application modernization efforts. This role will act as a key liaison between IT teams and business stakeholders, helping evaluate and improve business processes while supporting data-driven decision-making. The analyst will work on system enhancements, database updates, and migration initiatives while providing day-to-day support for business applications. This position offers exposure to enterprise systems, data management, and large-scale modernization projects within a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to support S&OP processes and system improvements
Analyze and evaluate business processes and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and performance
Develop and execute SQL queries and reports to support data analysis and decision-making
Support application changes, testing, and database updates
Assist with modernization initiatives, including migrating legacy systems to modern platforms
Provide day-to-day support for business applications, troubleshooting issues and resolving incidents
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of system updates
Document business requirements, processes, and technical solutions
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree with 8+ years of experience OR Associates degree with 10+ years of experience in a related field
Strong knowledge of S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) processes
Strong experience with SQL and database management
Experience working as a liaison between business and IT teams
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work onsite full-time and collaborate in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms
Familiarity with ERP systems or mainframe environments
Experience with application modernization or migration projects
Knowledge of ServiceNow
Experience with reporting tools and data analysis
