Job Details

We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst to support internal software and business process improvement initiatives. This role works closely with operations, engineering, and end users to gather requirements, improve workflows, support software rollouts, and ensure successful implementation of business systems.

Responsibilities
Gather and document business and workflow requirements
Work with internal teams to identify process improvements
Translate business needs into clear requirements for developers
Support software testing, issue tracking, and user feedback
Create user guides, training materials, and process documentation
Assist with software rollouts and end-user support
Coordinate across multiple teams and projects
Help maintain internal knowledge base and training resources

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience in business analysis, operations, systems support, or related field
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to clearly document workflows and processes
Experience supporting software implementations or testing activities
Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical teams

Preferred Experience (not necessarily required)
ERP, manufacturing, or supply chain environment experience
Exposure to workflow mapping or process improvement
Basic SQL or data/reporting knowledge
Experience in highly regulated or technical industries preferred
