CTG's long-standing Fortune 500 client of over 15 years is seeking a Technical Buyer I to support procurement and supply chain operations. This role is ideal for candidates with 1-2 years of purchasing or supply chain experience who thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Type: Contract Job Title: Technical Buyer I Location: Keene, NH Candidates must be able to commute and work onsite in Keene, NH Pay Rate: Based on experience Work Hours: M-F 8am-5pm Education: Associate's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Key Responsibilities • Request supplier quotes and issue purchase orders • Maintain procurement documentation and records • Resolve vendor payment and invoicing discrepancies • Support indirect spend purchasing activities • Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure continuity of supply • Ensure compliance with company policies, ITAR/DOD requirements, and procurement best practices Top Skills & Qualifications • Associate's degree preferred in Business, Supply Chain, or related field • 1-2 years of procurement, purchasing, or supply chain experience • Experience working with vendors, purchase orders, and procurement systems • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills • Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite • Manufacturing industry experience preferred Preferred Competencies • Negotiation and vendor management • Attention to detail and problem-solving • Ability to manage multiple priorities • Collaborative and adaptable mindset Additional Information • This is an ITAR and DOD facility.
