The Technical Civil / Structural Engineer will be responsible for supporting the design and execution of infrastructure, industrial, and commercial projects, performing structural analysis, developing engineering documentation, and providing technical expertise throughout the project lifecycle.Job Type: Direct HireBenefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) w/ match, PTO, and more.Technical Civil / Structural Engineer Responsibilities: Develop structural designs, calculations, specifications, and engineering documentation for a variety of infrastructure and industrial projectsPerform structural analysis and design of steel, concrete, masonry, and timber structuresDesign foundations and support systems while evaluating structural loads, environmental conditions, and site-specific requirementsPrepare project plans, technical reports, cost estimates, and supporting engineering documentationReview engineering calculations, drawings, and specifications for accuracy and compliance with applicable codes and standardsCoordinate project deliverables with engineers, designers, drafters, and other project stakeholdersAssist with project scheduling, budgeting, and progress tracking to ensure successful project executionProvide technical support during construction, including reviewing submittals, responding to requests for information, and performing site observationsParticipate in site assessments, inspections, and evaluations of existing structuresUtilize AutoCAD and other engineering software to support design and documentation effortsSupport quality assurance and quality control initiatives throughout the design processAssist with proposal development, technical studies, and engineering reports as neededTechnical Civil / Structural Engineer Skills and Abilities: Strong knowledge of civil and structural engineering principles and design methodologiesExperience performing structural analysis and preparing engineering calculationsWorking knowledge of applicable building codes, engineering standards, and industry regulationsProficiency with AutoCAD and structural engineering softwareStrong technical writing and documentation skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneouslyExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work effectively in a collaborative team environmentDetail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality workTechnical Civil / Structural Engineer Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering requiredProfessional Engineer (PE) license requiredMinimum 4 years of civil and structural engineering experience requiredExperience performing structural design, construction support, and engineering documentation requiredTechnical Civil / Structural Engineer - Immediate need.
