Job Description
As a Technical Client Manager here at Brady Corp, you will serve as the primary technical liaison between clients and Brady Corp's Product Solutions and Services business, ensuring the delivery of tailored technical solutions that meet client needs and drive business success.
You will work out of our Charlotte, North Carolina location on an On-site work schedule.
In this role, you will impact client satisfaction and retention by providing expert technical guidance, managing client expectations, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions that support operational excellence and growth within the Product Solutions and Services business.
