Documentation & Training

  • Create and maintain technical documentation, process guides, and training materials for new CLM features and capabilities (30% of role).
  • Deliver training through written documentation, recorded walkthroughs, and live enablement sessions.

  • Support the team's overall project management operating rhythm (10% of role).

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of project or program management experience in a technical, cross-functional environment.

  • Strong understanding of product release cycles and implementation processes.
  • Experience working closely with Engineering, Product Management, Data Science, Marketing Operations, or similar stakeholder groups.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical and operational issues and escalate effectively to the appropriate teams.
  • Familiarity with CRM, campaign management, customer lifecycle marketing, or marketing technology platforms.
