Location: Culver City, CA (Hybrid Work Schedule)
Introduction:
The Commercial Marketing team's CLM (Customer Lifecycle Marketing) organization is seeking a seasoned project manager to oversee the execution of weekly cross-functional campaign processes, develop technical documentation, and manage the project management operating rhythm.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 7 years of project/program management experience, with demonstrated ownership of complex, technical, cross-functional processes
- Deep familiarity with the product management release cycle, including use cases and requirements, QA testing, and customer go-live
- Demonstrated ability to triage technical issues in real time, perform initial root-cause analysis, and escalate effectively to the right engineering/data teams
- Familiarity with CRM/campaign management platforms
- Availability to work every Tuesday from 6AM–10PM to support live campaign monitoring and on-call issue resolution
- Prior work experience in a similar industry

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong meeting and stakeholder management skills, able to align agendas, manage calendar invites, summarize meeting notes, and provide status updates
- Experience creating training for technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with project management or workflow automation tools such as Wrike, Smartsheet, Asana, Jira/Confluence, Airtable, Monday.com, or MS Project
- Project management certification such as PMP, CSM/CSPO, Six Sigma, or ITIL
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Own the weekly CLM campaign operations, driving the end-to-end process from audience transfer to campaign send
- Lead the weekly cross-functional go/no-go meetings and confirm all teams are on track
- Triage and escalate live issues during the send cycle, performing initial diagnosis and routing to the appropriate technical team
- Build technical documentation and training materials for new CLM capabilities
- Manage the CLM Team's Project Management rhythm, including timelines, communications calendar, and meetings
