Core delivery resource within the pod. Executes build tasks under direction of the architect and

senior TC. Strong ServiceNow configuration and AI feature delivery. Experience of 4 - 8 years.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Platform configuration and customization (JS, GlideScript)
• CMDB foundation setup, population and data modeling
• Flow Design for custom workflows or integrations
• Now Assist skills and Agentic AI flow design
• Business rule design and process analysis
• Test execution, defect triage and resolution

Works to PACE playbooks independently

Clear written updates and status reporting

Proactive risk flagging to Project Manager

Salary Range: $64,000 - $140,000 a year
