Technical Consultant (TC)

Summary:

• Work Mode: REMOTE
• Duration: 6 Months - Temp to Perm Potential
• EST hours must be worked; EST candidate preferred, location required on resume to be considered

Responsibilities:

• Implement anti-fraud, AML-CTR, and Case Management solutions using company rapid development technology.
• Install, configure, optimize, and document processes around applications.
• Collaborate with solutions architect and senior consultants to suggest efficient solutions utilizing data-centric JEE technologies.
• Conduct technical training on installation and maintenance of systems.
• Write customer-facing and technical documentation.
• Perform Tomcat configurations, bug fixes, and troubleshooting.
• Create workflow, reporting, and ETL processes including design and requirements documentation.
• Communicate with support staff on technology-related project matters.
• Manage and triage issues, ensuring problems are followed through to conclusion and escalating customer-facing items.
• Deliver superior service and communications both internally and to customers.

Requirements:

• Experience with enterprise Java deployments in Tomcat and cloud environments.
• Experience with MS SQL Server deployment.
• Proficiency in enterprise Java programming including Spring, Angular, and web services.
• Ability to write relational database queries and optimize SQL queries.
• Experience in manipulating data using SQL to create data migration and troubleshooting scripts.
• Ability to work in a team environment with system architects and project management teams.
• Excellent communication and technical/design documentation skills.
