Freshworks is looking for a Technical Curriculum Developer to join our growing Revenue Enablement team.
In this role, you''ll create engaging technical learning experiences for our Solution Engineers, Professional Services teams, Channel Partners, and other customer-facing technical teams to confidently position, demonstrate, and implement Freshworks solutions.
You''ll collaborate closely with Product, Solution Engineering, Professional Services, Product Marketing, Sales, and Subject Matter Experts to translate complex technical concepts into scalable, application-focused learning experiences.
Whether you''re designing technical certifications, interactive eLearning, hands-on learning activities, demo guides, or technical playbooks, your work will directly improve technical readiness and customer outcomes.
What You''ll Do
This is a hybrid role with in-office expectations of 3 days/ week (Tuesday - Thursday) from our Downtown Boston office.
The annual base salary range for this position is $110,000 - $142,000. This role is also eligible for a target bonus.
Compensation is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to location, experience, job-related skills, and level.
