Integrated Magnetics is seeking a Technical Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support and service to our clients. The Technical Customer Service Rep will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, assisting with order processing. This role is vital in maintaining strong customer relationships and supporting our custom-engineered magnetic products for military, government, aerospace, semiconductor, and medical industries.

Responsibilities include responding to customer questions, coordinating with engineering and production teams, and ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree required; technical background or training preferred.
  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a technical or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand and explain technical product information.
  • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and Microsoft Office applications.
