Adecco is partnering with a leading engineering and manufacturing company headquartered in North Canton, Ohio, and we're hiring a Customer Service Representative to join their growing team!

What You'll Do:
Enter and monitor customer orders with accuracy and attention to detail
Track activities, collect data, and assist with reporting
Develop strong knowledge of products, features, benefits, and competitive positioning
Communicate with current and prospective customers, providing technical information and product availability
Prepare and communicate quotes clearly and professionally
Ensure all order documentation and contract details are completed accurately
Build and maintain strong, positive customer relationships
What We're Looking For:
Professional phone etiquette and strong communication skills
A customer-focused, positive service mindset
Tech-savvy with the ability to learn products and systems quickly
Detail-oriented and organized
Comfortable working onsite in a professional office environment

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
