Job Overview

Medallion Labs is a leader in the food industry, providing analytical, chemistry, microbiology, sensory, and shelf-life testing services. As part of our team, you will manage customer expectations, provide technical responses to inquiries, and serve as a liaison between customers and various internal teams. You will also support digital, marketing, and continuous improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries via phone or email within 24 business hours.
• Handle customer complaints and facilitate resolutions.
• Manage portal and order-related questions and troubleshoot with customers.
• Generate quotes for testing and Mock Nutrition Facts Panels.
• Submit requests for reruns and additional testing through LIMS.
• Ensure timely delivery of customer results and reports.
• Log all customer communication in Salesforce.
• Communicate weekly updates on submission trends and metrics.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in retail, customer service, or account management.
• Bachelor's degree (science-related field preferred but non-science fields accepted).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Preferences

• Experience in the lab or science industry.
• Exposure to Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).
