Overview:
We are seeking an accomplished and hands-on Technical Delivery Lead with a robust background in full-stack engineering and product delivery to drive the buildout of innovative insurance products and solutions.
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in designing, architecting, and shipping modern, end-to-end applications and services, ideally within Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance.
You will serve as a technical leader and delivery owner, responsible for managing all aspects of delivery - from requirements gathering through architecture, implementation, QA, and deployment - while building and guiding high-performing, multidisciplinary teams. This is a unique opportunity to lead from the front, shaping solution architecture as well as day-to-day engineering, with a sharp focus on scalability, flexibility, and reusability in an evolving P&C sector.
