We are seeking a highly experienced and adaptable Senior Technical Delivery Manager to drive execution across cross-functional product and technology initiatives.

This hybrid role combines project management, Agile facilitation, and business analysis — serving as the critical bridge between Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders. The individual carries direct accountability across the full delivery lifecycle, from requirements through execution, operating as the central point of coordination across business and technical domains. You will play a key role in aligning teams, improving workflows, and ensuring delivery of scalable digital solutions in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Job Description

• Act as the bridge between Product and Engineering for an embedded AdTech engineering organization
• Partner closely with engineering leadership, tech leads, Product, and cross-functional stakeholders to keep initiatives aligned and moving forward
• Own Agile delivery processes across multiple engineering teams, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, standups, retrospectives, and velocity tracking
• Coordinate work across 6 engineering teams supporting similar initiatives across different platforms/devices (iOS, platform/device variations, etc.)
• Manage and maintain Jira boards, sprint health, reporting, dependencies, priorities, and timelines
• Help clearly define project scope, requirements, deliverables, and engineering efforts
• Work with tech leads who are currently balancing both engineering and Agile coordination responsibilities to reduce operational overhead and improve execution flow
• Facilitate communication between U.S. and India-based teams to ensure alignment across time zones and maintain delivery momentum
• Identify blockers, push back where necessary, and help prioritize workstreams based on business and engineering impact
• Track sprint velocity, delivery metrics, risks, and resource allocation to support predictable execution
• Ensure engineering teams can respond quickly to changing product priorities while maintaining sprint discipline and operational efficiency
• Participate in backlog planning and sprint coordination meetings, including occasional late evening meetings to support India/U.S. collaboration (typically 1–2x per week)

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in Project Management, Scrum Master, or Business Analyst roles
• Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving Product and Engineering teams
• Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies, including facilitation of all ceremonies
• Deep working knowledge of Jira and associated project and workflow management tooling
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects from concept through delivery across multiple concurrent workstreams
• Strong business analysis skills, including gathering requirements, documentation, and scope management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt register and detail for varied audiences
• Experience communicating project status and risk to senior and executive-level leadership
• Experience coordinating work across distributed teams in multiple time zones
