Master Electronics has an exciting career opportunity for a Technical Delivery Specialist on our Business Enablement Team. As a Technical Delivery Specialist, you will support high-performing software development teams by helping drive delivery execution, improving team coordination, and keeping priorities aligned across projects and stakeholders. You’ll play a key role in maintaining delivery momentum, removing blockers, and helping teams deliver business value efficiently and consistently.


Pay Range: $60,000 - $80,000 annually

What you will do?:
  • Facilitate team ceremonies (Daily stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, Backlog refinement, and Sprint reviews)
  • Partner with Product Owners and delivery teams to maintain clear priorities, aligned execution, and sprint readiness
  • Coordinate delivery activities, manage dependencies, and proactively remove blockers impacting progress
  • Promote consistent delivery practices that improve collaboration, accountability, and execution flow
  • Monitor delivery health metrics and help teams identify opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Facilitate communication and transparency across technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership
  • Foster a team culture focused on ownership, adaptability, collaboration, and operational excellence

 

What you bring to the table!:
  • Two plus (2+) years of experience in a Scrum Master, delivery coordination, or Agile delivery role
  • Experience working within Agile or Scrum environments
  • Familiarity with software delivery lifecycles and cross-functional technology teams
  • Experience supporting operational improvement or business transformation initiatives
  • Scrum or Agile certification preferred but not required
