If you want to build assets that are actually used by players and work closely with both designers and developers to bring ideas to life this is the type of role where you'll do your best work.

You will:
- Create animations, particles, and visual effects that enhance gameplay
- Build mockups, UI elements, and game components
- Design and implement 2D/3D assets optimized for real-time performance
- Translate creative ideas into efficient, game-ready implementations
- Partner closely with developers to ensure designs are achievable and performant
- Iterate quickly based on feedback, gameplay needs, and technical constraints
- Your work lives inside the game not just in design files
- You'll solve real technical challenges, not just create visuals
- You'll work across multiple projects and teams in a fast-paced environment
- You'll have direct impact on live, player-facing products
- Strong experience with:
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
- Spine (2D animation)
- Real-time asset pipelines (2D/3D)
- Ability to build optimized, performance-ready assets
- Understanding of how assets function inside a game engine (Unity, Unreal, etc.)
- Experience collaborating across design and development teams
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt quickly
- Experience in mobile gaming or slot games
- Ability to build your own effects (VFX, particles, animations)
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS or scripting
- Exposure to AI-assisted creative tools
- A strong demo reel demonstrating animation principles, VFX, and real-time application
- Experience working inside a game engine in production
- Ability to guide others and communicate effectively across teams
