### Core Responsibilities:
**Technical Development**
- Design and update detailed tech packs comprising sketches, measurements, and intricate construction guides.
- Develop complete Bill of Materials (BOMs) and packaging instructions, covering labels, markings, and other necessary specifications.
**Fit & Garment Construction Expertise**
- Lead live model fit evaluations, ensuring each garment meets aesthetic and functional expectations.
- Communicate required modifications to maintain integrity and user satisfaction.
**Sample & Production Management**
- Collaborate closely with pattern makers and manufacturers to refine prototypes and pre-production models.
- Verify sample compliance with all design specifications and quality benchmarks.
**Problem Solving Aptitude**
- Diagnose and resolve technical design and construction challenges across the garment's lifecycle.
- Innovatively balance design vision, practicality, and cost efficiency.
**Cross-Functional Teamwork**
- Align with design, product development, and production teams to ensure consistent brand quality and timely deliveries.
**Material and Design Knowledge**
- Utilize your understanding of textiles, trims, and construction to realize design intentions.
**Quality Assurance Contribution**
- Uphold and advance quality protocols to ensure product excellence and durability.
### Qualifications:
**Education**
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Technical Design, or a related area.
**Experience**
- 3–5 years of experience in technical design within the apparel sector, focusing on women's clothing; experience with activewear or outerwear is advantageous.
**Technical Proficiency**
- Skilled in Adobe Illustrator and CAD tools.
- Strong background in garment construction, pattern-making, and fit evaluation.
