Job Summary (Technical Digital Analyst)
- Serve as a solution architect with a primary focus on finance systems, bringing 8+ years of relevant experience.
- Analyze and optimize finance processes, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), accruals, reconciliation, and auditability.
- Design and implement end-to-end integrations across multiple source systems and domains, preferably with ERP systems such as Workday Financials, SAP, Oracle, or PeopleSoft.
- Develop robust financial data architectures, including modeling, curated data layers, data lineage, and quality controls.
- Establish and maintain controls for financial data accuracy, such as control totals, reconciliation, idempotent posting, exception handling, and period governance.
- (Preferred) Apply domain knowledge of healthcare payer/provider processes (claims, premiums, pharmacy benefits, risk adjustment, etc.).
- (Preferred) Leverage expertise in Workday-specific tools like Accounting Center, Prism, Worktags, and integration patterns.
- (Preferred) Utilize modern cloud and integration technologies, including Azure/AWS, event streaming (Kafka/Event Hub), and API management platforms.
- (Preferred) Work with data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks), analytics tools (Power BI), and metadata/catalog management solutions.
- (Preferred) Understand regulatory reporting requirements within the healthcare sector.
- Participate in a hybrid work environment (3 days onsite in Minneapolis, MN).
