Overview
The Technical Director/Production Manager (TD/PM) is responsible for overseeing all technical and production aspects of Theater, Dance, and Performing and Visual Arts Design and Technology (PVDT), including productions on the Ursinus stages in the Kaleidoscope Center for the Performing Arts (KSCOPE). The TD/PM supervises the Performing Arts Engineer and works closely with the chair of the Theater and Dance Department, the Coordinator of the PVDT program, faculty directors/producers of department productions, college partners in Facilities and IT, guest professional designers (scenic, lighting, costume, projection, sound), and students to implement theatrical designs, ensure all aspects of productions run smoothly, and support relevant courses.
