Description:

We are seeking a Technical Engineer Depot Management to support day-to-day Configuration Center operations, including equipment preparation, inventory management, asset handling, fulfillment, shipping, and lifecycle management of end-user devices. The ideal candidate will have experience with depot operations, device lifecycle management, and Microsoft device management tools while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and customer service.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Support receiving, inventory management, equipment preparation, asset handling, packaging, shipping, and fulfillment activities.
• Perform end-user device lifecycle management for laptops, desktops, AV equipment, and smart devices.
• Utilize business systems, Microsoft technologies, and operational tools to complete assigned work.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, documentation, quality, and safety standards.
• Work across multiple operational areas to support changing business priorities.
• Collaborate with team members and business partners to meet operational goals and customer expectations.
• Follow established operational procedures and best practices.
• Support warehouse, configuration center, and office operations.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience in Depot Management or Configuration Center operations.
• Strong knowledge of End-User Device Lifecycle Management.
• Working experience with Microsoft ecosystem and device management tools.
• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in logistics, warehouse, inventory management, manufacturing, technical support, or related environments is preferred.
• Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 pounds and perform physical operational tasks.
