Responsibilities:
Provide selections & quotations on products as requested by staff and customers.
Assist consulting engineers throughout the design and bidding process by providing product selections, submittals, schedules, and specifications.
Read and interpret mechanical construction plans and specifications.
Maintain job quote log in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Place orders, track order status, and confirm deliveries.
Become proficient in company computer-based business systems and equipment quotation and selection programs.
Provide logistical assistance for and at training seminars.
Assist customers with technical issues and system problems.
