THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY
We're looking for a talented and customer-focused Aerospace Field Service & Training Specialist to join our team. In this dynamic role, you'll travel to customer sites across the Western US to deliver outstanding technical support, hands-on service, and training that helps our aerospace and defense customers get the most out of our EDM equipment.
You'll be the face of our company in the field — solving technical challenges, training operators, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to our continued growth.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
Provide expert on-site installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of our patented EDM systems at customer facilities.
Deliver high-quality technical training and engaging product demonstrations to military and commercial customers, both on-site and virtually.
Conduct valuable follow-up visits (typically 3–6 months later) to reinforce training, check performance, and ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Identify ways customers can benefit from additional support or solutions and partner with the sales team to help them succeed.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, including key decision-makers and influencers in OEMs, MROs, military units, and commercial airlines.
Represent the company professionally at customer sites, trade shows, and industry events.

Document site activities, training outcomes, and customer feedback to keep the team informed and continuously improve our service.
Contribute to the creation of training materials, case studies, and other helpful technical content.
Support occasional bid and proposal efforts by providing valuable technical insights.
Help forecast service needs and customer requirements to support smooth operations and planning.
Stay current on product capabilities and industry best practices in aerospace structural maintenance and MRO.
BACKGROUND PROFILE
5+ years of hands-on aerospace or military structural/airframe maintenance, repair, or field service experience is a must, with no exceptions — specifically an Airframes MOS or equivalent hands-on structural repair background.
Experience delivering technical training or conducting product demonstrations is highly valued.
Comfortable preparing PowerPoint presentations and speaking in front of small groups.
Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build positive relationships.
Flexible and excited about 50%+ travel, primarily across the Western United States.
