What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee all residential installation jobs (HVAC, plumbing, and electrical).
  • Lead, coach, and develop installation technicians and parts expeditor.
  • Ensure jobs are properly staged, equipped, and completed on time and within budget.
  • Set daily expectations with install teams; review proposals, materials, and tools before each job.
  • Maintain high standards for safety, code compliance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor job progress, conduct site inspections, and complete quality control checklists.
  • Collaborate with sales and coordination teams to prepare jobs and resolve issues quickly.
  • Track labor and material costs to meet company financial goals.
  • Maintain callbacks below 4% through proactive quality control.

 

Who You Are (Required Skills):

  • Proven leadership & technical hands-on field experience in HVAC, plumbing, and/or electrical installations.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage labor, materials, and schedules effectively.
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills.
  • A proactive, hands-on manager who can follow through before, during, and after each job.
  • Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
